Individual Therapy
Our psychology practice offers tailored therapeutic services to address diverse mental health needs. We provide individual therapy in areas including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions.

While weekly or fortnightly appointments are typical, the initial session will focus on determining the ideal schedule to fit you and your needs.
Rebates and Funding
We provide private sessions which you may be able to claim through your private health insurer. Please phone your health insurance provider to discuss your mental health claims. Psychology item codes are as follows:

Some general treatment or extras policies you can purchase may provide benefits towards psychology services and counselling. Your health fund will pay a set benefit or percentage of the cost of the service, and you pay the rest.
Cancellation Policy
When you make an appointment, your psychologist will allocate that hour of their schedule to you, including time preparing for the session.
To ensure fairness and efficiency, we require 48 hours' notice (i.e., two business days) if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments scheduled for Mondays must have any reschedule notifications received by the previous Thursday. We offer telehealth sessions as an alternative should you be unable to attend in person.
A fee of $150 will be charged for cancellations between 48- and 24-hours' notice of scheduled appointments. If you cancel within 24 hours' or fail to arrive for your session, including forgetting your appointment, you will be charged the full fee of the session.

For NDIS participants, if sessions are cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, the full fee of the session will be charged.
Please note that cancellation fees are not covered by Medicare, private health insurance, or Workcover.
